We are delighted to offer you a range of personalized services, including astrology readings, Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, Shamanic energy healing, and meditation guidance. To ensure a smooth and fulfilling experience for both parties, please review the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

24-Hour Notice for Full Refund: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, whether it’s for astrology, Reiki, shamanic healing, or meditation, please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice. This will entitle you to a full refund or the option to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Late Arrivals: We respect your time and strive to deliver quality services within the designated time frame. Please be punctual for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as we may not be able to extend the time beyond the original appointment.

Cancellations due to Excessive Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled session, we may need to cancel the session. In such cases, a refund may not be provided.

Privacy and Focus:

Private and Distraction-Free Location: All our services, whether in-person or online, are deeply personal and require a focused environment. If online or recorded, I kindly request that you choose a private, distraction-free location for your session to ensure a meaningful and insightful experience.
