Using the Medicine Wheel and the understanding of the four-fold being (body, emotions, mind, and spirit), we’ll look at how different systems restore, regulate, and respond during times of transition.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, this workshop provides language and perspective for recognizing what your system actually needs and why approaches that work for others may not work for you.

This is a reflective, grounded space designed to support clarity and steadiness without pressure to fix, push, or force change.

How the elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water) relate to nervous system needs
The relationship between body, emotions, mind, and spirit
How elemental patterns shift across cycles, including lunar rhythms
